To get ready for her new movie Tomb Raider, Angelina Jolie spent months on a diet designed to give her energy and create muscle. Jolie was forced to swap cigarettes and coffee for steamed meat, vegetables and soya milk.

Angelina’s regime included kickboxing, canoeing, street fighting and yoga. She ate steamed sea bass or steamed beef and vegetables, and had no sugar and only drank soy milk. Angelina said she loved her new curves.

Angelina said, “No more smoking or drinking, and a sugar free diet for she said she wanted to really be healthy.
